We understand that there are inherent risks in ordering items online. Risks such as actual colors that may differ from your computer display, fit might not be as what you have envisioned, or any other expectations that may arise from not being able to actually feel the product.

Return Policy

  • We accept returns that were originally purchased at www.tulle4us.com.
  • The merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested using our online return system within 25 days from the original shipping date. The package MUST be dropped off and postmarked on or before the last return date. Otherwise, NO refund will be given. NO Exceptions. Returns without RMA number will be returned to you at your own cost.

Returns

For return request made within 25 days from original shipping date, you will be able to print UPS return label at NO cost to you.

  1. Log in to your account: https://www.tulle4us.com/signin/. Forget password? Click Here
  2. Go to 'My Account' then click 'Return Request' on the left panel. Show me.
  3. Choose the order you want to return/exchange.
  4. Fill out the Return/Exchange form and print the UPS return shipping label.
  5. Enclosed a print copy of the Return/Exchange form that you filled out completely and your return(s) items in a carton.
    Without the return form, it becomes extremely difficult if not impossible to process.
  6. Put the UPS return shipping label on top of the carton
  7. Keep your UPS Return tracking number on your record.
  8. Drop your return(s) at a UPS store. Find the nearest UPS drop off location here:

Tulle is not responsible for lost returns if you decide to use a different shipping method other than what we provide you. If you experienced any technical difficulties using our return system, you MUST send an e-mail to techsupport@tulle4us.com on or before your last return date for us to honor your return request. For merchandise purchased from one of our vendors, please contact the store directly.

Exchanges

We can exchange for different size of the same style. Return Merchandise using our return system. Return policy applies.

Refunds

  • Please allow 3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credit, and 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We can only refund the original credit card used on the order.
  • You have 14 calendar days to receive a credit on price difference. For example, you purchase on March 01, and the prices changed on or before March 15, then you are entitled to the difference in the form of gift certificate only. This can only be redeemed online at www.tulle4us.com.

This and other policy on this page is not negotiable. Please do not put our staff in the difficult position of making an exception. We value all of our customers and strive to treat each and everyone of you in the same consistent manner. We do not offer preferential treatment to any customer for any reason, because that would not be fair to everyone else.
